In Winter, Liver energy is preparing to come forward in Spring. It’s not visible, but it’s there; building and building until it becomes the ‘forcing out’ energy that is Spring.

By early Spring Liver energy is quite strong; it has to be to force leaves out of bare branches. It’s doing the same thing with us, we just don’t have leaves that come out. But what does come out of us, depends on the health of the Liver.
