Happy Thanksgiving!

The ‘holiday season’ has begun, a time packed with emotions, expectations, and possibilities-for reflection, insight, and acceptance.

The days around Thanksgiving are a particularly good time to stroll off by yourself, and spend a few minutes, or moments to take and appreciate some full, deep breaths, while becoming aware of that part of you that’s thankful for the possibility each breath brings; and become enlivened and uplifted by the potential of each one that will follow.

When you start out, you may get distracted by thoughts of your problems, but keep breathing, and remember that a problem recognized is a solution in progress.

So, in the spirit of thanks-giving, we wish you, and everyone in the BIOM community, health and joy as we move closer to the winter solstice and back into the light.
