Dog Days of Summer
It’s the end of season and your organs are stressed - like plants not getting enough moisture. They’ve been working hard, and even though the energy is shifting towards Autumn, there’s still a drain on your energy from the continuing heat, and cumulative effect, of summer Fire.
I looked in the garden the other day and the soil was so dry; I reflexively asked myself: “How much dryer can it get?” And how much energy do I have to maintain my garden—the one I was looking at—and the ‘garden’ that is me?
These are the “dog days” of summer, so pay attention to the dogs around you: when they’re lying around, you should set some time aside to do so too.
