At the beginning of each season Kitty offers a special session of Chi Kung focusing on the organs most responsible for our health at that time of year.

In Autumn our primary focus is on the Lungs and Large Intestine, and secondarily on the Kidneys, to prepare them for their upcoming role in Winter.
