Entering the Garden
Step into your garden.
Feel its energy
on your face,
in your feet,
and in between.
Bend over gently
and touch something.
Come up slowly
and touch the sky.
Comfortably
look over each shoulder,
easily twist your spine.
You’ll see
what needs to be done,
and you’ll be
loosened up
and grounded.
