Chi Kung for Health at BIOM is a relaxing experience, enjoyed in a quiet, soothing health-enhancing setting. Over six weeks, we come together once a week to quietly learn about, practice, and enjoy simple and easy ways to build Chi and feel the subtle energy that is ‘health.’
Quiet, Focused Breathing
Each session begins with a period of quiet, focused breathing, followed by some insights and information about the Chi Kung theme for the class. The rest of our time is spent enjoying these subtle, invigorating, and transforming exercises.
Calm Equilibrium
We complete our time together with a special relaxation experience called ‘bone breathing”; then we continue on with our busy schedules, but with a calm equilibrium that is the primary ‘side effect’ of Chi Kung.
