BIOM provides a combination of experiences, and the name itself represents those experiences.  Relationships. One aspect of the name is based on the ecological idea of a “biome,” a place where life is experienced as a combination of interdependent relationships. At BIOM, we work to create an ecology of body, mind, and spirit that promotes and supports your health and well-being—including the “biome of relationships you’re part of: at work, at school, at home, and on your Way. Oriental Medicine. We’re located on Bainbridge Island, WA, so “BIOM” also refers to “Bainbridge Island Oriental Medicine.” Mindfulness.
