The BalancePoint Coaching process draws on the power of the meditative martial arts by showing you how to get back in touch with your physical sense of balance—and use it to explore, discover, and examine the events and experiences you’re encountering, and distill out solutions from the understandings that bubble-up when you know how to think and act from your balance point.
