Regarding training: Consistency is key. What's most important is to do something several times throughout the day; things ranging from a few simple, focused stretches after a long time at your desk, taking a few slow, deep breaths when you go outside for a break, becoming conscious of your 'tan tien' (centerpoint) as often as possible. The intent overall being that the more you are 'aware,' the more 'awareness' you'll have.
