This combination of Tai Chi Chuan, Aikido, Pa Kua Chuan, and Chi Kung shows you how to approach day-to-day challenges with a warrior spirit, tempered with a meditative perspective.

At BIOM you can learn how to use the meditative martial arts in ways that meet your particular needs, interests, and personality, and how to apply them—at work, at school, at home, and on your way.

A Blended Experience
Meditative Martial Arts at BIOM is a blended experience that includes:

These meditative martial arts are taught and practiced with the intention of cultivating and combining a meditative perspective and a martial perspective.
